Our bracelet surprise packs are random selection products. By placing an order, you understand that exact colors, styles, patterns, and combinations cannot be chosen.

Final sale applies to color preference, style preference, duplicate or similar styles, and opened random selections.

We still stand behind order accuracy. If your package is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.
